Refund policy
Last updated 20 October 2026
In short: if TidierCloud isn't for you, ask within 14 days of buying and you get all your money back. No questions, no forms to argue with.
14 days, no questions
- Yearly and lifetime licences: a full refund if you ask within 14 days of buying.
- Yearly renewals: a full refund if you ask within 14 days of the renewal payment, for example if you forgot to cancel.
- Once refunded, the licence stops working.
How to ask
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds. To ask for one:
- reply to your Paddle receipt email, or
- go to paddle.net and look up your order with your email address, or
- email us at hello@soundingwild.com and we'll arrange it with Paddle.
The money goes back to the way you paid, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
After 14 days
Yearly licences can be cancelled at any time and keep working until the end of the year you've paid for; there's no partial refund for the rest of that year. If TidierCloud stops working for you because of a fault we can't fix, or because of a change by Google, we'll refund you in proportion to the time left (for a lifetime licence, counted over 3 years from purchase), even after 14 days.
Companies paying by invoice
The same 14 days apply from the invoice being paid. Email us and we'll refund by bank transfer.
Your legal rights
This policy is on top of your legal rights as a consumer, never instead of them.
